KYC Verification

We have a legal obligation to know all our customers and check their proof of ID and address before providing any services. This process is in place to comply with the Anti-money laundering and terrorist financing Act UK (AML) and Know your customer (KYC) requirements.

Here is a list of valid documents we accept.You must provide Proof of identification and proof of address (One from each list)

Proof of Identification

• Passport (min 6 months until expiry)
• Driving Licence (Photo side)
• National ID card

Proof of address

• Utility bill (Gas, electricity and water)
• Council letter
• Bank statement
• NHS letter
• Mortgage statement
• Telephone bill

Proof of address requirement:
• Proof of address document must be within 3 months
• All four corners must be visible
• Full name along with address must be visible

Credas Third-Party verification

To ensure the security and accuracy of our services, London Virtual Address Ltd uses Credas, a third-party verification company, to confirm the identity of our clients. Clients are required to upload a live selfie via the app.

International client (Non-UK)

If you live outside the UK and want to use our services. You must provide notarised documents that are signed by a solicitor or lawyer.

Failure to send any of the required documents will mean we can’t provide you with any of our services.
