You agree that by accessing our website www.londonvirtualaddresss.co.uk, you’ve read, understand and agree to all terms and conditions set by us. If you disagree with any of the terms or conditions, you must not continue with your purchase or submit your account application. You can contact us if you need more information which will be available on our website.

Our terms and conditions are subject to review and change from time to time. It is your responsibility to check and be aware of any changes made.

Definitions


For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
• “Account” means a unique account created to access our service(s)
• “Company” Referred to as either “The company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” in this agreement refers to London Virtual Address LTD and www.londonvirtualaddress.co.uk
• “Services” refers to all services/product visible on our website available to buy
• “Website” refers to www.londonvirtualaddress.co.uk
• “You” and “Customer” means the individual accessing or using the service.

Service


All services offered on this website, email or marketing are subject to a duration, coverage, and type of mail, all of which will be made clear with the information attached. All our services offered are for the duration of one whole year (All days included).

You accept and acknowledge that your account only allows one company + trading name (if different from the registered name).

The registered office address package will allow you to use our address on Companies House. Mails from Companies House and HMRC are only included.

The business address service package allows you to use our address for business purpose such as banks, website, invoice, letterhead, marketing and more. This package does not include mails from HMRC and Companies House.

In the case we cannot continue to offer you our services, you will be given a 30-day notice. This will include a refund for the remaining months. In the rare case where we cannot offer you our services without notice, you will be given a full refund.

Pricing and Introductory Offers


The prices presented at the time of your initial purchase of services from us constitute introductory discounted rates, which are available exclusively to first-time purchasers. These promotional rates are a one-time offer and apply solely to the initial transaction.

Following the initial purchase, any further purchases, subscriptions, or renewals will be subject to our standard rates, as reflected in your account dashboard. The standard rates may vary and differ from the introductory prices offered.

By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that subsequent transactions will not benefit from the introductory discount and will be charged at the then-applicable standard rates.

Mail forwarding


We’ll forward or scan your letter, packages or parcels according to what your purchase service allows. All mails are forwarded via 1st stamp.

For international clients outside UK, we can only scan your letters due to postage costs.

Storing mails in our premise


We will hold your letter(s), package(s) or parcel(s) in our premise for 14 days if you do not have the correct service to get them forwarded or if your account has expired. All letter(s), package(s) or parcel(s) will be returned back to the sender if service is not added after 14 days.

Service expiring


As a condition of use, you agree to take immediate action when your account and service(s) expire. You must renew your account if you wish to continue using our address. In the case you do not wish to renew and use our service(s), you accept to remove our address immediately within 3 days after expiry.

All our services that are displayed on our website are provided for one year. Your account expiry will be exactly one year from the date you register with us. You may choose to add any additional services to your account throughout the year. The expiry date for any additional services that you add will have the same expiry date as your first purchase.

Clients are required to renew their subscriptions or services exclusively through their existing account dashboard. The creation of multiple accounts for the purpose of renewal or any other reason is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to circumvent this process may result in the suspension or termination of services.

Unauthorised Use of Virtual Office Service

The Client is permitted to use the virtual office address provided by London Virtual Address LTD exclusively for the registered company specified in their agreement. Each virtual office service agreement applies to one company only, unless otherwise authorised in writing by London Virtual Address LTD.

If a client is found to be using the virtual office address for a second company or additional companies without prior authorisation or registration, such actions will constitute a breach of this agreement.

In the event of a breach, the client shall be liable to pay:

1. A fixed penalty of £10, plus
2. An additional charge of £0.50 per day for each day the address has been used without authorisation. The penalty and daily charges will be calculated retroactively from the first date of unauthorised use.

Identity requirement UK


As a company service provider, we have a legal obligation to know all our customers and verify their identity before offering any of our services. This process is in place to comply with the Anti-money laundering and terrorist financing Act UK (AML) and Know your customer (KYC) requirements. All clients who sign up for any of our mail forwarding service will be required to provide proof of Identification & proof of address.

Credas Third-Party verification

To ensure the security and accuracy of our services. London Virtual Address Ltd employs Credas, a trusted third-party verification company, to confirm the identity of our clients. Clients are required to upload a live selfie via the Credas App. 

Identity requirement International


Clients in countries outside the UK will need to provide documents notarised by a public notary. We will run a check on your details (Name, address and date of birth) by our trusted partner to confirm your identity.

Your order cancellation rights and refund policy


We hope that you’ll be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to get a refund from us, we’ll be happy to fully refund provided you’ve not used our address and request the refund/cancellation within 14 days.

For company Formation service, you must request the refund/cancellation before your company is submitted to Companies House.

Restricted sectors

London Virtual Address Ltd does not provide services to companies involved in the following sectors:
a) Cryptocurrencies 
b) Firearm
c) Currency exchange 
d) Gambling
e) Religious sector
f) Holding companies

Suspension


Account(s) may be suspended or terminated immediately, without prior notice, or liability if You breach These Terms and Conditions. Accounts will be suspended if found breaching the following actions;

1. If the account holder, company or any person related/involved to the company is found to be using our address for a second or more company.
2. If the account holder, Company or any person related/involved to the company is found to be using our address for an area not covered by his service.

If your account is suspended, you’ll be notified by email and be given 10 days to make changes which includes adding services, registering new company or removing our address from areas not included in your package. If no action is taken within 10 days after account suspension, we hold the right to permanently terminate your account and contract without offering any refund.

Governing Laws


The laws of the country (United Kingdom), excluding its conflict of law rules, shall govern these Terms and the use of your service. Your use of our services also may be subject to local, state, national, or international laws.

Indemnity


Due to the type of service we provide. We do not accept any liability for lost, stolen, damaged, late, misdirected or mishandled mail. By accepting this term, you fully indemnify us from any claim or compensation.

Zero tolerance policy


Here at Londonvirtualaddress LTD, we have a zero-tolerance policy. We treat everyone with courtesy and ask the same in return. We ask that you treat all our staffs courteously without being abusive and violent.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions


We reserve the right to changing our terms and condition from time to time. We will notify you via email of any changes that take place. If upon receiving the email, you don’t reply or take no action, then we will accept your silence as acceptance to our terms.
